I joined Froo as an Onboarding and Training Partner and have since advanced to the Onboarding Manager role. This progression reflects a company culture that recognizes performance, encourages professional growth, and places trust in its people. I started my journey as an office coordinator, and today I am also responsible for communication, events, and relationships. This proves that at Lite we go beyond rigid frameworks, appreciating initiative and turning passion into real action. We build a culture based on trust and freedom, because that is where the best ideas are born. It is great to feel that I have finally found a place where work is a pleasure and I simply feel good.

I started my journey at Zabka in 2012 with student internships, which quickly turned into a long-term development path. Today, I work as a Senior Payroll Specialist, combining daily responsibilities with digital transformation projects that improve the team’s work. Zabka has given me growth opportunities, support from managers, and people thanks to whom I have been building my professional path with satisfaction for years. I believe that if you want to grow and make use of the opportunities the company offers, you can achieve a lot.

Working at Zabka gives me the opportunity to grow and gain experience in private-label brand management and packaging graphic design. On a daily basis, I coordinate projects between different departments and work with suppliers and design agencies to launch products on time. It is a dynamic environment where routine is hard to find, and every day brings something new. What gives me additional satisfaction is knowing that the results of my work can be seen in stores across Poland. I highly value openness to collaboration and a good team atmosphere.

I have been with the Zabka Group since 2016. I started as a Junior Specialist, and today I serve as a Manager in the same area. This is the best proof that the company truly supports growth and offers opportunities to build your career path. What I value most is the possibility of gaining new competencies, taking on increasing responsibility, and the people: experts who create an open, supportive, and energetic work environment.

I returned to the Zabka Group after a three-year break because I knew it was a place where I could continue to grow. What I value most here is collaboration and responsibility, which come with new challenges and projects. I have gone from Financial Controller to Finance Business Partner to Finance Manager, building relationships along the way that truly matter. Today, I feel I am part not only of Zabka Polska but of the entire Zabka ecosystem.

Quality matters not only in food, but also in everyday life, including how we take care of ourselves and our health. This combination of quality and passion for what I do gives me the greatest motivation. Every day, I oversee quality control of Zabka private labels, because I believe a good product is not only tasty, but above all high-quality and safe for everyone.
