We make sure our wages are fair and equal. The pay gap in our group is less than 5%. Every year we undergo an independent audit of our pay structure. As the only company in Poland, we have received the Equal Salary certificate twice in a row.

The independent institute that issues the Top Employer certificate examined key areas of our group: organizational strategy and culture, recruitment and onboarding, leadership development, through to the day-to-day working environment of teams. A positive result of this audit is proof that we prioritize high-quality working conditions.
