Twój zakres obowiązków:

Koordynowanie procesu rozładunku dostaw, przyjęcia i alokacji towarów
Kontrolowanie właściwego rozmieszczenia towaru w przestrzeni magazynowej
Przygotowanie magazynu do procesu kompletacji
Kontrolowanie stanu uszkodzeń towarów w magazynie
Prowadzenie wymaganej dokumentacji magazynowej i dbanie o jej prawidłowy obieg
Organizacja pracy podległego zespołu
Sporządzanie grafików pracy, rozliczanie czasu pracy podległych pracowników
Motywowanie, ocenianie i podnoszenie kompetencji pracowników,
Przestrzeganie przepisów i procedur obowiązujących w magazynie oraz zapewnienie utrzymania porządku w magazynie przez podległych pracowników
Współpraca z innymi działami
Praca w systemie 3-zmianowym

Nasze wymagania

Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu procesami na magazynie
Wykształcenie o profilu logistycznym lub ekonomicznym
Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
Umiejętności wdrażania nowych rozwiązań i optymalizacji procesów
Dobra organizacja pracy własnej i innych
Doświadczenie w obsłudze programów magazynowych
Uprawnienia UDT na wózki widłowe
