Twój zakres obowiązków

Budowanie i koordynowanie współpracy z zespołem Partnerów ds. Sprzedaży.
Monitorowanie funkcjonowania sieci około 160 sklepów Żabka na uzgodnionym obszarze oraz rekomendowanie odpowiednich działań.
Koordynowanie przepływu informacji pomiędzy Franczyzobiorcami, Partnerami ds. Sprzedaży a pozostałymi jednostkami Spółki.
Podejmowanie działań wspierających realizację uzgodnionych celów sprzedażowych i jakościowych.
Opracowywanie i wdrażanie rekomendacji oraz inicjatyw o charakterze strategicznym.
Wspieranie utrzymywania standardów wizualnych i jakościowych sklepów.
Budowanie długofalowych relacji biznesowych z Franczyzobiorcami.
Realizacja usług zgodnie z uzgodnionymi zasadami współpracy oraz standardami obowiązującymi w obszarze sprzedaży.
