Rozpatrywanie zgłoszeń reklamacyjnych franczyzobiorców w JIRA
Weryfikacja poprawności kompletacji przy użyciu systemu monitoringu CCTV
Codzienny kontakt z franczyzobiorcami i wyjaśnianie rozbieżności w dostawach
Praca w systemie magazynowym WMS, systemie transportowym TMS, księgowym
Administrowanie danymi w zakresie obiegu opakowań kaucyjnych sklepu oraz akcji zwrot
Raportowanie, przygotowywanie analiz z zakresu realizowanych zadań
Ścisła współpraca z innymi obszarami zaangażowanymi w proces (Magazyn, Transport, Dział Realizacji, Sprzedaż)

Nasze wymagania

wykształcenie min. średnie
znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel)
umiejętność planowania pracy własnej i ustalania priorytetów
zdolności analitycznego myślenia
umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu i odporność na sytuacje stresowe
franczyzocentryczności - orientacja na współpracę z franczyzobiorcami
