Plewiska (Centrum Logistyczne)Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Ewidencjonowanie kolejki zgłoszeń (JIRA) pilnowanie statusów oraz SLA, bieżące informowanie użytkowników o statusach zgłoszeń
- Pełnienie dyżurów IT w centrum logistycznym
- Rozwiązywanie i eskalacja incydentów oraz awarii informatycznych do firm zewnętrznych
- Wsparcie procesu zarządzania problemami
- Utrzymanie aktualności bazy wiedzy (Confluence)
- Utrzymanie ciągłości pracy systemów informatycznych Centrum LogistycznegoBezpośrednie / Telefoniczne /
- Zdalne wsparcie użytkowników w zakresie IT
- Przygotowanie sprzętu dla użytkowników końcowych
- Ewidencjonowanie ruchów sprzętu IT oraz inwentaryzacje
Nasze wymagania:
- Wykształcenie min. średnie (informatyka)
- Znajomość systemu Windows 10 na poziomie administracji stacją roboczą
- Podstawowa wiedza dotycząca zagadnień z obszaru sieci LAN/WAN/WiFi/VPN (znajomość podstaw sieci Cisco mile widziana)
- Znajomość pakietów biurowych na poziomie zaawansowanym (Usługi Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów oraz awarii zakresu IT
- Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Dyspozycyjność związana z systemem pracy 3-zmianowej
- Prawo jazdy kategorii B
- Odporność na stres i pracę pod presją czasu
