Kluczowe zadania:

koordynowanie procesu promocji w obrębie ustalonych kategorii/ podprocesów
generowanie raportów i zestawień potrzebnych do poprawnego kształtowania polityki promocyjnej firmy
analiza rentowności promocji
dobór oferty pod różne kanały (gazetka, aplikacja)
ustalanie mechanik promocyjnych umozliwiających realizację celów biznesowych
monitoring cenowy promocji i działań konkurencji
wdrażanie nowych podprocesów
wdrażanie i testowanie usprawnień do narzędzia promocyjnego (Lean Promo)
współpraca z innymi obszarami firmy (Logistyka, Sprzedaż, Marketing, Category Management)

Nasze wymagania:

wykształcenie wyższe – rekomendowany kierunek ekonomiczny
minimum 1 rok pracy na stanowisku związanym z procesem promocji i analizą danych promocyjnych w firmie z sektora FMCG
świetna organizacja czasu pracy, orientacja na cele i wyniki
zdolność logicznego myślenia i umiejętności pracy z dużą liczbą danych
umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excela – weryfikowana w procesie rekrutacji)
komunikatywność, otwartość predyspozycje do efektywnej pracy w zespołach
znajomość trendów rynkowych i konkurencji
umiejętność zarządzania budżetem promocyjnym
znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
mile widziane zainteresowanie branżą retail
